Build and Grow a Private Orthodontic Service at Dentoworld

Dentoworld is seeking an ambitious Specialist Orthodontist or Dentist with a Special Interest in Orthodontics to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Colchester.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician looking to develop and grow a private orthodontic service within an independent practice that benefits from an established referral network, experienced support team, and an existing orthodontic patient base.

The position would suit a clinician looking to build and grow a private orthodontic service, or an established orthodontist seeking a supportive environment in which to further develop an existing patient base.

Experienced Orthodontic Therapist with extensive experience in fixed appliances, removable appliances and Invisalign treatment
Orthodontically trained nursing team

Multidisciplinary specialist support from Endodontics, Periodontics, Implant Dentistry, Oral Surgery and Complex Restorative Dentistry
Excellent reputation with strong patient reviews and an established referral base
Flexible sessions with significant scope for growth

The Opportunity

We are looking for a clinician who enjoys developing patient relationships and growing a modern private orthodontic service.

The role offers:

New patient orthodontic consultations
Fixed appliance and aligner treatment
Retention and review clinics
Opportunity to strengthen and develop referral relationships with local GDPs
Clinical autonomy within a supportive multidisciplinary environment
Support from an experienced Orthodontic Therapist and orthodontically trained nursing team

Candidate Requirements

GDC-registered Specialist Orthodontist preferred
Experienced Dentist with a Special Interest in Orthodontics will also be considered
Excellent communication and treatment planning skills
Enthusiasm for developing and growing a private orthodontic service
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Sessions

Flexible.

Initially one or more sessions per month, with significant opportunity to increase sessions as demand grows.

Remuneration

Excellent percentage basis and terms available for the right candidate.
