Ragdale Hall Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable, and dedicated Spa Assistant Cleaner to join our exceptional spa team. Nestled in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Ragdale Hall Spa is an award-winning retreat where wellbeing, luxury, and cleanliness go hand in hand - and our spa cleaners are essential in upholding our stellar reputation.

From ensuring our spa areas are spotless to welcoming guests at reception, this is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. If you're passionate about helping others, feel relaxed in a calm and pristine space, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Duties: (Full Training Provided)

Cleaning the spa area, including swimming pools, heat rooms, changing rooms, and toilets to the highest standards.
Welcoming guests into the spa and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth.
Keeping towel supplies fully stocked and readily available for guest use.
Maintaining a safe, tidy, and serene environment throughout the spa.
Supporting the wider spa and housekeeping team to deliver five-star guest experiences.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
Ability to multi-task and stay calm and efficient in a busy environment.
A strong team player who works well with others and takes pride in their work.
Awareness of guest safety - basic lifeguard training will be provided as part of your role.

Hours of Work:

18 hours per week on a 2 week rota:
WEEK1

Monday 3-9pm

Thursday – 7-3pm

WEEK2

Tuesday – 7-3pm

Wednesday – 7-3pm

Sunday – 9-5.30pm

Salary:

Age 16-17 £8.81
Age 18-20 £10.90
Age 21+ £12.75
