Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director to lead our organisation towards achieving its long-term goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of CRM software, including Salesforce, and a proven track record of driving business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organisational success through innovative management and effective stakeholder engagement. The Director will be responsible for overseeing multiple departments, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement organisational strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead and motivate senior management teams to achieve departmental targets and foster a collaborative working environment.
Oversee the utilisation of CRM software such as Salesforce to optimise customer relationship management and sales processes.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate organisational performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to support business growth.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Drive innovation by identifying new market opportunities and implementing best practices across all departments.
Prepare comprehensive reports for the board of directors, providing insights into organisational progress and strategic direction.

Experience

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a Director or equivalent position within a similar industry.
Extensive knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, with demonstrated ability to leverage its features for organisational benefit.
Strong understanding of business development, sales strategies, and operational management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Relevant qualifications in business administration or related fields are preferred but not essential. This role is integral to shaping the future direction of our organisation and offers a dynamic environment for a driven leader committed to excellence.

Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
