Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £46,630.96 - £48,348.03 depending on experience

Contract: 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

Closing Date: Thursday 9th July, 2026 at 12:00pm

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Therapy Manager to lead our multidisciplinary therapy team within a specialist college setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape high-quality, person-centred support for learners with complex needs, ensuring therapy provision is fully integrated into education and enables every learner to thrive.

You will provide strong operational leadership across a range of disciplines, promoting a collaborative, reflective and evidence-based culture, while maintaining high standards of clinical governance and safeguarding. Working closely with curriculum teams and external partners, you will play a key role in driving positive outcomes and inclusive practice across the organisation.

If you are a registered therapy professional with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for learners with additional needs, we would love to hear from you.
