Full job description

Property Administrator – Maggs & Allen, Clifton, Bristol

Maggs & Allen is an independent property consultancy specialising in residential and commercial property sales, lettings, auctions, surveying, and investment services across Bristol.

We are looking for an organised, professional, and proactive Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our busy and well-established property auction department.

This is a full-time position based at our Clifton office with parking.

Key responsibilities include:

Handling incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
Providing administrative support to the team
Preparing letters and reports
Uploading and maintaining property listings across online portals and the Company website.
Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and colleagues across the business.
Assisting with compliance procedures
Maintaining accurate records
Managing calls, emails and enquiries

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
Previous administration experience

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected independent property firm with a strong reputation across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5:00pm

Parking space or permit parking is provided.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
