Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar.
- Support bartending activities, including mixing drinks and serving alcohol responsibly.
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and assist where needed.
- Perform basic maths calculations for transactions and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar settings is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition.
- A willingness to learn bartending skills is a plus.
