Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team in preparing delicious grilled dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a flair for creating mouth-watering grilled meals.weekend Availability is must Friday Saturday Sunday

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes following established recipes
- Assist in managing the grill station during busy periods
- Ensure food is cooked to perfection and meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff on grill cooking techniques

Skills
- Proficient in food preparation and grilling techniques
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment
- Ability to supervise and guide kitchen staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
