Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Architect Director who is looking for an opportunity not just to grow professionally but to become a partner and director within our firm. This role involves managing team, overseeing complex planning applications, and driving innovative design strategies that elevate our projects. Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity, functionality, and sustainability.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into exceptional design solutions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects.

Client Base: Proven track record of an established client base that can be integrated into our business.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing staff effectively.

Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and a solid understanding of building codes and regulations.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for client presentations and stakeholder engagement.
