As a Project Manager with us, you'll have experience leading contract administration & project management activities, with an ability to do so on behalf of Interaction to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, always aspiring to client delight, with on time and snag free delivery. You should be capable of successfully managing circa £3m-£4m in project value per financial year through a number of projects varying in size, value and complexity.

You'll be responsible for leading project strategy, planning, commercial proposition, and programme activities, plus managing both the internal and external stakeholder, and subcontractor communication management. You'll have an excellent grasp of construction project finance management, with a proven ability to deliver smaller and less complex projects with little support.

Project Managers at Interaction have good understanding and awareness of industry regulations, including HRB fire & building control regulations,H&S responsibilities, and an understanding of JCT based D&B contracts.

Minimum Skills & Attributes:

Excellent teamwork & proven leadership skills
Confidence to have difficult conversations and drive positive outcomes
Confidence in front of clients and ability to act individually on aspects of delivery
Strong client/ supplier focus
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal team, external stakeholders and subcontractors
Excellent mathematical & spreadsheet skills with a focus on cost control and accuracy
Can do attitude, passionate and enthusiastic
Willingness to work with and mentor new starters within our business

Salary: £50k - £70k OTE subject to relevant experience.
