Wealthtime is part of Quanta group, a next-generation financial services Group, providing a full wealth management service through three core businesses – Wealthtime, Copia Capital Management and Craven Street Wealth.
The role holder will work very closely with the Commercial Director and be responsible for delivering the sales strategy for the Wealthtime platform.
This will involve day to day sales management of a team of Sales Professionals, as well as support the Commercial Director on strategic initiatives. They will play a fundamental role in the development and future growth of the sales function, in addition to delivering against personal sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Commercial Director to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and profit targets.
- Lead and manage a Regional Sales team and be responsible for achieving ambitious growth plans and ensure delivery of high standards and sales services.
- Lead a Sales team of telephone-based Account Managers to maximise revenue from established supporting adviser firms.
- Help to define the Business Development strategy.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
- Deliver against their own personal targets.
- Proposition development in line with the above.
- Keep up to date with business and economic climate in which the Company and its stakeholders operate.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all activities undertaken by the Sales Teams.
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for the business.
- Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Work in conjunction with the Commercial Director to ensure consumer duty is considered within all aspects of the sales process.
You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities that fall within your capabilities as directed by the Commercial Director including ad hoc projects.
Specialist Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Successful record of delivering sales in line with budgets within a senior sales role.
- Proven experience of managing and motivating a Sales team.
- Experience of managing telephone-based Sales teams
- Financial Services experience.
- Knowledge of establishing distribution networks and business introducers.
- Excellent Relationship Account Management skills.
- Strong organisational, time management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience in Financial Services platforms
