Full job description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our new team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide dedicated support to Partners and Fee Earners across the team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, delivering exceptional client service, and providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Provide PA support to Partners and Fee Earners, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and business development activities.
Deliver secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners.
Prepare accurate documentation and correspondence, including audio typing.
Support billing, client payments, and the efficient day-to-day running of the office.
Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, acting as an ambassador for the firm and contributing to a positive team culture.

About You

You will be a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding client service.

You will have:

Strong organisational, diary management, and prioritisation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A professional, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
High levels of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
