Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Trainee Property Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
As a Trainee Property Manager You will assist with the day-to-day management of residential properties, including arranging maintenance, booking property inspections, renewing tenancy agreements, responding to enquiries, and organising appointments. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
About You
You are organised, eager to learn, and enjoy working with people. You have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and take pride in delivering great customer service to landlords and tenants.
Key Skills & Requirements
- An interest in property or customer service
- Previous customer service experience helpful but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Full UK driving licence and car is essential
