Debt Recovery Executive

Disputes Department - Debt Recovery

Any location: Wolverhampton, Worcester, Brierley Hill or Stourbridge

Full-Time | Permanent

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join Talbots as a Debt Recovery Executive within our Disputes Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the legal field, with a particular focus on Debt Recovery.

You will support our Lawyers in the Disputes team. Your role will include assisting with typing, legal administration, and general administrative tasks on a variety of client matters, all while developing your knowledge and skills in a supportive environment.

What does the job involve?

Managing an existing debt recovery caseload.
Engaging in business development activities and managing existing client relationships.
Managing client files through our SOS case management system.
Maintaining compliance with SRA, Lexcel, and Law Society Quality Standards.

What do you need?

Debt Recovery experience
A passion for delivering exceptional client care with effective communication skills
Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office
A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach to work
A collaborative mindset and a drive to keep learning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
