Through our market leading buying platform e-CASS, we enable Pharmacy to take control of their purchasing - maximising profit and saving time. If you have experience of working in Pharmacy, and you are looking for a change in career that utilises you Pharmacy experience as a Dispensing Assistant or an ACT we want to hear from you.

Purpose:

The Account Services Manager is responsible for answering company, product and service queries and to support business growth and retention. The Account Services team work closely with all areas of the business to be both proactive and reactive in retention and growth by resolving queries efficiently and offering additional products and services as appropriate to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively handle all in-bound Customer and Prospect contact
Liaise with relevant internal departments to resolve issues and queries raised by Customers
Record relevant information in the company CRM
Handle customer enquiries & complaints in a professional and thorough manner, ensuring that complex or more serious issues are escalated in the appropriate person
Be aware of relevant regulatory requirements
Adhere to company policies and procedures specific to role
Be aware of products and services offered by the company
Provide guidance and advice to Customers on appropriate products and services
Support Customers in adopting products and services
Support starters and leavers process
Support remote working team members efficiently and professionally
Assist in marketing campaigns

Key Skills:

Pharmacy knowledge and experience
Excellent Customer focus
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative in line with procedures
Ability to work effectively whilst under pressure
Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously
The ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with Customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cardiff CF15 8LW
