This role is ideal if you’re looking to work in a supportive but ambitious environment with clear career progression and proactive employee engagement.

Job Purpose

As a Senior Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the site delivery team, ensuring works are set out accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll monitor progress, test workmanship, and help drive continuous improvement so that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong working relationships with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Provide and maintain setting out and dimensional control to ensure accurate construction.
Contribute to achieving the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality performance.
Ensure that works are properly resourced, supervised, and carried out in line with drawings and specifications.
Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and drive continuous improvement in methods and delivery.
Maintain accurate records, survey data, and reports to support commercial and delivery teams.

Key Requirements (Essential)

Proven experience in civil engineering works and quality control
Strong technical knowledge of engineering practices and construction standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
