Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and excellent organisational skills to contribute to a professional environment. The position is paid and suitable for applicants who thrive in fast-paced settings and possess a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail with professionalism and courtesy
Maintaining accurate records through data entry and filing systems
Organising meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Handling invoicing and bookkeeping tasks
Assisting with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies
Ensuring the organisation’s administrative processes are efficient and up-to-date
Providing excellent phone etiquette when liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Payroll entry and submission to HMRC
Petty Cash / Cheques
Annual Leave time keeping
Sickness time keeping
minutes of meetings
Invoices
All ordering within the home
Contacting suppliers for quotes

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Payroll / Accounts
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
Previous clerical experience

DBS fee to be meet by employee.

£14.00 per hour
