Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hair styling and barbering. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent service to clients while honing your skills in a supportive setting. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and understanding their needs
Perform hair styling and barbering services with precision and creativity
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Consult with clients to recommend suitable styles or treatments based on their preferences and hair type
Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Experience

Proven experience in customer service within a salon or barbering environment is preferred
Skilled in hair styling techniques and barbering, with a good eye for detail
Strong communication skills in English, capable of engaging confidently with clients
Previous experience working as a barber or hair stylist is advantageous but not essential for highly motivated candidates willing to learn
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
