Brow & Lash Technician

&BROWHAUS is a premium brow and lash studio based in Balham, South West London. We specialise exclusively in brows and lashes and are looking for a talented, passionate Brow & Lash Technician to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone with excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, and naturally personable, making clients feel comfortable and welcome throughout their visit.

Position
Part-Time or Full-Time
9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality brow and lash treatments to a consistently excellent standard.
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all clients.
Carry out thorough consultations and tailor treatments to suit individual clients.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the salon.
Assist with reception duties, booking management, and processing client payments when required.
Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques.

Essential Requirements
Eyebrow threading skills are essential for this role. Applications without threading experience will not be considered.

Minimum 6 months' experience as a Brow & Lash Technician.
Confident performing eyebrow threading.
Confident performing lash lift & tint treatments.
Confident performing brow lamination treatments.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Well-presented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
