Wedding Coordinator Vacancy

Position: Wedding Coordinator

Location: Walcot Hall Estate

Job Type: Part-Time

Weekend and Evening Availability: Essential

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Wedding Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating unforgettable wedding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate weddings and events from planning through to execution

* Liaise with couples, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event delivery

* Manage timelines, schedules, and event logistics

* Handle last-minute changes calmly and professionally

* Lead and support event staff during wedding operations

* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Essential Skills & Requirements

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Strong computer skills, including email, spreadsheets.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

* Ability to think quickly and problem-solve under pressure

* Flexible and reliable with availability to work weekends and evenings

* Previous hospitality, events, or wedding industry experience
