Job Overview
We are looking for a hot tub operative to join our Holiday Park team at Messingham Lakes, to initially cover change over days (Monday and Friday). The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of hot tubs on 15+ holiday lodges. The role involves emptying, clean and refill hot tubs once guests have checked out, twice daily hot tub tests, correcting chemicals and water levels. Cleaning filters, general maintenance and groundwork.
Daily maintenance will also so be required in holiday lodges, so some experience and DIY skills are beneficial.
Full training will be provided so no experience necessary. Important that you are happy to work outside in all weathers!
Duties
- Maintain, and repair hot tubs and associated equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of hot tubs.
- Perform landscape maintenance around hot tub installations, including gardening and horticulture tasks.
- Utilise hand tools, power tools for maintenance work.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete larger projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each hot tub.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in maintenance and repair work.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, is preferred.
- Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
