Full job description

What's the role about?:

Field Brand Ambassador
Become the face of Mondelez in your territory
Field-Based | 24 Hours per Week | Permanent

Salary: £15,862.08 per annum (£12.71 per hour) up to 15% quarterly bonus
On-target earnings (OTE): up to £18,241 per annum

Mileage reimbursed at 34p per mile
Territory: Dundee, Kirkaldy, Perth and surrounds

Work Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Smollan are looking for a confident and proactive field-based professional to represent some of the UK's favourite brands, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita and Maynards Bassetts.

In this role, you'll combine excellent merchandising standards with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, working closely with store managers and colleagues to maximise product visibility, availability and promotional compliance.

If you enjoy working independently, building rapport quickly and taking pride in delivering great in-store results, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Building Relationships

Develop strong partnerships with store managers and colleagues
Use effective communication and negotiation skills to secure support for promotional activity, displays and compliance initiatives
Become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands within your territory

Delivering In-Store Excellence

Implement planograms and merchandising activity
Build eye-catching displays and promotional features
Ensure products are available and visible for shoppers

Driving Performance

Identify opportunities to improve compliance and availability
Use store insights to maximise sales opportunities
Support delivery of territory objectives through excellent execution

What We're Looking For

Experience in merchandising, retail, customer service or a field-based role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence influencing and negotiating with store managers and colleagues
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively
Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering results
