We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Vice Principal – Key Stage 4 to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving academic success, raising aspirations, and ensuring every student achieves their full potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated leader with a proven track record of securing outstanding outcomes and championing high standards of teaching, learning, attendance, behaviour, and student achievement.

What You'll Do

Contribute strategically to the wider leadership, vision, and continuous improvement of the school.
Lead and inspire our Key Stage 4 provision, ensuring excellent outcomes for all students.
Drive a culture of ambition, resilience, high expectations, and success.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve student attendance, punctuality, and behaviour, implementing effective strategies and interventions to remove barriers to learning and maximise achievement.
Use data intelligently to identify trends, accelerate progress, and close achievement gaps.
Work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external agencies to secure positive outcomes for all learners.
Lead and support pastoral and academic initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, and achievement.
