Full job description

Due to our continued business growth we are seeking a motivated and professional Tenant Liaison Officer to join our growing team. Working alongside our experienced office staff, you will act as a key point of contact between tenants, contractors and our operational teams, ensuring roofing and maintenance works are coordinated efficiently and delivered to a high standard. Full training will be provided. Our office is based in Garforth (LS25) and we are ideally looking for someone who lives locally.

Role Requirements

act as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing updates and support throughout scheduled works
liaise with contractors, tenants and internal teams to ensure work is completed within agreed timescales
coordinate appointments and maintain clear communication between all parties involved
accurately record and update customer communications on client portals and internal systems
monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
handle incoming telephone enquiries and provide excellent customer service
assist with general administrative and office duties as required set by the office managers
support the smooth day to day running of the projects and office operations

Experience & Skills

strong organisation skills and attention to detail
confident communicator, good written and verbal communication skills
professional and formal telephone manner
ability to work independently and as a team, managing tasks effectively
strong problem solving skills
comfortable suing computer systems, emails, online portal systems, Microsoft
quick learner
previous customer service / tenant liaison experience

Salary/hours

Salary to be discussed at interview
Monday to Friday
7.30am to 4pm
23 days plus Bank Holidays
