What you'll be responsible for:

We're looking for those who share that same passion to make great tasting and healthy food and who thrive on continuously improving the way we operate to come and join our manufacturing teams in Methwold, Norfolk.

Working as part of a close-knit team, your role will be to operate, and engage in, the production and packing of our products into their respective formats. You will follow a production plan, ensuring our lines produce the highest quality product for our customers as efficiently as possible, whilst adhering to stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards/procedures.

We operate a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (days)

Days: 06:00 - 18:00

What experience you'll need to have:

Background within a production/manufacturing environment with food manufacturing experience being preferred

Awareness of how to follow health & safety practices

Be a team player with the drive to succeed with effective communication skills & an ability to develop winning relationships

Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to work in fast-paced environment

A curiosity and aptitude for problem solving as part of continuous improvement

A self-starter committed to further self-development
