Sales Coordinator Maternity Cover – King’s Lynn
We’re pleased to share an opportunity to join our UK Internal Sales Team on an 8-month maternity cover, supporting National Account customers, dealers, consultants, and our field sales teams.
This is a fast‑paced, varied role focused on customer service, order processing, and delivery coordination, playing a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day commercial operations for Foster and Gamko.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer and dealer enquiries (phone and email)
- Processing orders and managing live order books
- Coordinating deliveries and collections with logistics providers
- Preparing quotations and following up with customers
- Liaising with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, and Credit Control
- Keeping systems, CRM, and records up to date
- Supporting export shipping and documentation where required
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident working in a busy team and independently
- Customer‑focused with good commercial awareness
- Good IT skills (Excel and Word); NAV or CRM experience desirable
This is a great opportunity to broaden your commercial experience and work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams.
This is a full-time office based role.
