Full job description

What you'll be responsible for:

We're looking for those who share that same passion to make great tasting and healthy food and who thrive on continuously improving the way we operate to come and join our warehousing and manufacturing teams in Methwold, Norfolk.

Working as part of a close-knit team, your role will be to operate in moving, sorting materials from the factory to their appropriate storage location. You will maintain excellent GMP standards in the warehouse area, working with equipment such as compactors, balers and pallentainers whilst adhering to stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards/procedures.

This is a days based role, working on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern.

What experience you'll need to have:

Background within a production/warehousing environment with food manufacturing experience being preferred

Hold a counter balance forklift & reach truck license

Ideally hold PPT A1/A2/A5 licenses

If possible, presentable knowledge of SAP and stock movement processes

Awareness of how to follow health & safety practices

Be a team player with the drive to succeed with effective communication skills & an ability to develop winning relationships

Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to work in fast-paced environment

A curiosity and aptitude for problem solving as part of continuous improvement
