Overview

Join our vibrant team as a part-time Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under chef supervision to support kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to ensure a safe working environment
Support the setup and breakdown of dining areas during service hours as needed
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and supplies for service
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures diligently to meet health code requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen hygiene practices is advantageous
Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
