We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team on a chair rental basis .
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in barbering and hair styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they leave feeling satisfied and confident.
Duties
- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services tailored to individual client preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including tools and equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide clients with contemporary options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Promote salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Proficient in various hair cutting, shaving, and styling techniques.
- A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
