About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Management Associate (Entry-Level) to join our growing team here in Middlesbrough. If you want to build a proper career in business management, offline marketing, or team leadership, this is the perfect place to start.
You won't just be sitting behind a desk. You will get hands-on experience and structured training covering everything from customer engagement and sales support to the actual day-to-day running of our marketing operations. You will work directly alongside our experienced managers, picking up the commercial skills needed to eventually step up into a leadership role.
This position is a great fit for graduates, career changers, or anyone with a background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales and marketing who is ready to take the next step into management.
What You’ll Be DoingCustomer Service & Client Support
- Greeting customers, answering enquiries, and making sure they have a great experience with our brand.
- Building genuine relationships with clients and resolving any issues professionally.
Business Operations & Development
- Helping out with daily customer engagement, promotions, and essential business growth.
- Learning our products and services inside out so you can confidently deliver key messages and promote them.
- Working towards personal and team targets to help the business grow.
Training & Leadership Development
- Taking part in our daily coaching and mentorship programmes.
- Learning the ropes of business operations and team coordination.
- Shadowing supervisors to see what it takes to lead a professional team successfully.
Operations & Administration
- Keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes with basic administrative tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping the workspace organized and professional.
What We Are Looking For The Basics:
- Great communication skills—you genuinely enjoy talking to people and pitching ideas.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a real willingness to learn.
- The ability to stay organized and manage your own time.
- Decent basic IT and numeracy skills.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, bar work, call centres, or customer-facing roles is a massive plus, but it is not essential. We care more about your work ethic, as full training is provided from day one.
