At Diaverum, we're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses to join our North Ormesby Dialysis Unit . As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.

Patient-Centred Care

Our exceptional nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 ensures you have ample time to provide holistic care to your patients. Our clinic is currently open from Monday to Saturday with no nights offering you the flexibility and work-life balance you've been searching for.

Your Responsibilities:

Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements:

NMC Registered General Nurse.
Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
Excellent English communication skills.

Part-time position (23 hours per week).
Starting Salary of up to £35,944 pro rata based on dialysis experience.
Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
