Bid & Tender Management
Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Bid and Compliance Manager to lead our tendering and compliance activities across both public and private sector opportunities. This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for improving our bid win rate, strengthening our compliance framework, and ensuring AlphaGraphics continues to meet and exceed industry standards and accreditations. You will work closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing and operational teams to develop compelling submissions, maintain compliance systems, and drive continuous improvement across ESG and certification disciplines.

Responsibilities
Bid & Tender Management
- Lead the end to end bid process for public and private sector opportunities
- Compile high quality, compelling tender submissions covering both commercial pricing and technical responses
- Interpret tender requirements, specifications and questionnaires to ensure full compliance
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to gather information, evidence and case studies Improve bid processes, templates and win strategies
Tender Toolkit & Systems·
- Develop and maintain a centralised SharePoint tender toolkit, ensuring all bid content, responses, policies and evidence are current and easily accessible
- Create a structured library of reusable content, frameworks and best practice responses
- Drive consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement across all bid submissions
Compliance & Accreditation Management
- Manage and maintain company accreditations including:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management)·
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)·
- ISO 27001 (Information Security)·
- Ensure all certifications remain audit ready and aligned with industry standards
- Lead internal audits, improvement plans and external audit preparation
Sustainability & ESG
- Manage FSC accreditation and carbon balancing initiatives via the World Land Trust
- Monitor and drive sustainability performance across the organisation
- Compile and present the annual ESG report, including: Environmental impact and carbon initiatives, Social and community engagement, Governance and compliance activities, oversee publication of ESG outputs both digitally and in print
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in bid management, tender writing, or proposal development
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and frameworks
- Experience managing or supporting ISO accreditations (9001, 14001, 27001)
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling and structured responses·
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience within print, marketing, manufacturing or professional services environments
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability practices
- Experience managing SharePoint or similar document management systems
- Familiarity with FSC certification and carbon reporting initiatives

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
