Job Title: Stock Administrator
Location: Cleveland Cable Company
Hours: 38.75 hours per week
Holiday Entitlement: 22 days per annum (Plus UK public holidays)

Job Overview

Cleveland Cable Company is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to support the efficient management of inventory across our operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records, supporting warehouse processes, and ensuring timely availability of products to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate stock records using internal systems
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages
Process stock movements, including goods in, goods out, and transfers
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with audits
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner
Liaise with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth stock flow
Generate reports on stock levels, usage, and trends
Assist with the organisation and optimisation of storage locations
Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a stock control or administrative role preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
