Overview

Responsibilities

Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and information about our services
Manage front desk operations, including answering phones with professional etiquette and directing inquiries efficiently
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for visitors or event attendees, ensuring a seamless experience
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common office spaces
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling mail, and managing supplies
Collaborate with team members to coordinate events or meetings, ensuring all logistical needs are met
Use your multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and clients from various backgrounds

Skills

Fluent in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging with a diverse clientele
Strong phone etiquette with clear, courteous communication skills
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred to understand guest needs and service standards
Excellent guest services skills, demonstrating warmth, patience, and professionalism at all times
Knowledge of office administration procedures and organizational skills to keep the workspace efficient
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
A friendly demeanor combined with proactive problem-solving abilities to enhance guest satisfaction
