About the Role
As LEGO® Inventory Coordinator, you will support the Missing Piece sub-department within Purchasing. Your main focus will be helping to process and prepare sets that are already part of our inventory, ensuring they are complete, clean, organised and ready for distribution.
You will work closely with the Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Team Leader, supporting the wider team to keep LEGO® sets moving efficiently through the business. This role plays an important part in ensuring our existing sets are maintained to a high standard.
This position sits within the Purchasing Department and reports to the Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing LEGO® set returns and preparing them for the next stage of inventory
- Checking sets that are awaiting completion and ensuring they are progressed efficiently
- Supporting the handling of set-related queries and internal admin tasks
- Assisting with the dispatch of sold sets where required
- Helping process sets from new purchase intake plans
- Supporting full set cleaning, drying and general set care
- Working with the team to ensure sets are processed accurately and efficiently
- Supporting warehouse tasks where appropriate, including booking duties and fulfilment checks, under the guidance of management
- Following internal processes and quality standards to ensure sets are prepared with care
- Adhoc tasks set by management
What We Are Looking For

- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse or stock-processing environment
- Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Interested in LEGO® sets, inventory or product processing
- Willing to learn and support different areas of the department when needed
Previous experience with LEGO® and inventory coordination is not essential, but an interest in LEGO®, stock control, warehouse work, quality checking, product processing or fulfillment would be beneficial.
Skills and Experience
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in warehouse, stock control, fulfilment or inventory processing
- Experience working with small parts, detailed products or product checking
- Good basic computer skills
- Experience with eBay, resale platforms or dispatch processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
Full training will be provided.

As our inventory continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused LEGO® Inventory Coordinator to join our Purchasing Department.
This is a hands-on role centred around preparing, checking and processing LEGO® sets so they are ready to be added back into circulation, dispatched, or prepared for future use. The role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in keeping things organised and accurate.
Pay: Up to £24,500.00 per year
