Showroom & Social Media Coordinator

Location: Milford Haven Showroom
Hours: 30 hrs - Monday to Friday - 10:00am - 4:00pm
Salary: Starting from£20,000, with higher pay considered depending on experience
Sapphire Windows & Doors are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated individual to join our team at our brand-new Milford Haven showroom.
This is a varied role combining customer service, showroom responsibilities, social media, and content creation. You’ll be welcoming customers into the showroom while also helping showcase our products and business online through engaging social media content.
Working closely with the Sapphire team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Milford Haven showroom while helping support our growing online presence across South and West Wales.
We’re looking for someone with confidence, creativity, and a genuine passion for people and social media. This is not a high-pressure sales role - we’re looking for someone who can create a welcoming experience for customers and represent our brand positively both online and in person.
Welsh-speaking skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and overseeing the day-to-day running of the showroom
- Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroom
- Helping customers understand our range of windows, doors, and home improvement products
- Gathering customer information and quote requirements accurately for the office team
- Keeping the showroom tidy, welcoming, and professional
- Updating our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Creating engaging photo and video content for social media
- Comfortably appearing on camera for promotional videos and online content
- Uploading website content and assisting with website updates
- Supporting social media and website content to help grow our online visibility
- Supporting local marketing activity and promotions
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content
- Organised and able to manage different tasks throughout the day
- Basic computer skills and confidence using websites and social media tools
- Creative mindset with enthusiasm for content creation and marketing
- Previous customer service or social media experience preferred but not essential
