Overview

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Handyman/Woman/Maintenance professional for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your technical expertise across various projects, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and equipment. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks including repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting across different systems and equipment.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally during maintenance visits.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and issues encountered for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance or related roles with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate clear reporting and customer interactions.
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues alike.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and quality assurance.

Pay: £14.40-£15.00 per hour
