Construction Project Manager

Location: Newport Pagnell, MK16 0HA
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage a construction project based in Newport Pagnell, MK16 0HA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the project from commencement through to completion and handover.
Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and the project team.
Monitor programme, progress, quality and costs.
Attend and lead project and progress meetings.
Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Review drawings, specifications and construction information.
Identify and resolve project risks, delays and site issues.
Ensure high standards of health & safety and quality control.
Oversee snagging, completion and final handover.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' construction experience.
Proven experience in a Project Manager or similar construction management role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and work to project deadlines.
Full UK driving licence.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.

Site-based – Newport Pagnell, MK16 0HA

Pay: £70,000.00 per year
