Summary

Join our team as a Swim Instructor in Aberdeen and help individuals of all ages develop essential swimming skills.
Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons tailored to different skill levels.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during lessons.
Assess swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive and encouraging environment.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve lesson plans and techniques.
Promote water safety awareness within the community.
Qualifications
Proven experience in teaching swimming.
Relevant certifications such as SASA/STA Level 2 Swimming Instructor qualification.
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate learners.
Knowledge of water safety procedures.
Enthusiastic, patient, and reliable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience working with children or adults is preferred.
