Job description

Hourly Rate: £13.69 - £13.90 per hour (£14.43p including supplement – after 6 months)

A market supplement of £0.53p per hour is currently being applied to this role and will be payable once you have been in post for 6 months. The Market Supplement will be applied to both your basic salary and to any additional hours, uplifting the hourly rate to £14.43 per hour.

Location: Our Supported Living Service covers over 6 locations in and around Kendal.

Contract Type: We have both Permanent and Fixed Term opportunities

Available Hours: We have a number of part time vacancies available

Shifts may include earlies, evenings, weekends, sleeps and Bank Holidays

Our Teams promote independence, build life skills and support our Service User’s in their interests and hobbies. This could be a trip to the Zoo, an evening of live entertainment, boating in the Lakes, or supporting football teams.

Depending on the Service User, the level of support needed may vary per person. Responsibilities may include supporting with medication, personal care, nutrition, hydration, community engagement and emotional care.
