Full job description

Lime FMS is currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor in the Lancaster area. We're looking for a motivated, reliable individual who takes pride in delivering high standards and leading a successful housekeeping team.

Essential Experience – Please Read Before Applying

To be considered for this role, you must have previous supervisory or management experience working either:

In a hotel housekeeping department, or
In a facilities management cleaning role.

This experience is essential for the position.

About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our busy, high-performing housekeeping team. You'll play a key role in maintaining the highest cleaning standards, supporting and inspiring your room attendants, and ensuring every guest enjoys a clean and welcoming stay.

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll balance team supervision with quality inspections while providing practical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate a team of Room Attendants.
Carry out daily room and public area inspections to maintain exceptional standards.
Support the training and development of new team members.
Assist with daily housekeeping operations as required.
Work closely with the management team to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction.
