Kitchen Designer/ Sales consultant

Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Aylesbury Bathroom & Tile Centre has been successfully trading in Aylesbury for over 17 years. As part of an ambitious expansion, we now operate dedicated bathroom and kitchen showrooms, with a bedroom showroom, interior design centre, and wellness centre opening mid 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, design-led business with long-term career progression.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer/ sales consultant to join our showroom team. This is a customer-facing role combining design, sales, and project coordination in Kitchen & interior spaces.

You will manage clients from initial enquiry/ site survey through to final design and sale, delivering a high standard of service and design expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Design and present customer plans, mood boards, and quotations
Use CAD software (Winner ) to create accurate designs
Generate and follow up new business leads and quotations
Guide customers through the full design and buying process
Build strong customer relationships and manage client expectations
Close sales and achieve agreed targets
Maintain high showroom presentation standards
Carry out general showroom administration and follow-ups
Support social media activity with engaging content (desirable)
Ability to carry out site surveys.
Knowledge of bathrooms and bedrooms would be seen as highly advantageous

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Kitchen showroom environment.
Strong product knowledge of bathrooms.
Good understanding of plumbing processes and industry standards
Experience using winner.
Adobe design skills advantageous
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Reliable, customer-focused, and professional
Strong sales ability with a consultative approach
Knowledge of monday.com and trublue advantageous
Must have full driving license and vehicle.

Working Hours

Full-time, 5 days per week on a rota basis (including every other weekend):

Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Sunday: 8:30am – 1:00pm

£26,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)
