What you'll be doing
As a Business Development Trainee, you'll gain practical experience across customer engagement, business development and client campaigns while learning directly from experienced colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Supporting business development campaigns for a range of client brands
- Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable products and services
- Strengthening brand awareness through professional customer engagement
- Working towards campaign objectives alongside your team
- Developing your commercial awareness and communication skills
- Learning how successful client campaigns are planned, delivered and reviewed
