About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and hard-working Production Operator / Driver to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy factory environment, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate furnaces to heat treat metal components (full training provided if required)
- Support general production activities across the factory
- Assist with the movement and handling of materials
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment
- Take ownership of tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
- At least 8 years of driving experience (essential)
- A reliable and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Good level of physical fitness (role involves some lifting and bending)
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Includes a short morning break and a 1-hour lunch break
