M&J Group, established in 1972, is a leading UK specialist construction company. Due to continued growth, we are urgently expanding our pitched roofing teams and are looking for reliable Roofing Labourers to join projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to start a hands-on career in construction — no experience required, full training provided.
Role Overview
As a Roofing Labourer, you will support skilled roofers on active sites and play a key role in delivering high-quality pitched roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting roofers on pitched roofing installations
- Handling materials and preparing sites
- Carrying out general labouring duties
- Working safely at heights and following all health & safety guidelines
- Travelling to sites across the UK (accommodation provided when required)
- Supporting a productive and professional team environment

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (ESSENTIAL)
- Confidence working at heights
- Flexibility to travel and stay away during the week
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (arranged by the company)
