Full job description

Milton Keynes College Group are looking to appoint a Centre Manager, to support the development and delivery of our new Not in Education, Employment of Training (NEET) prevention provision. Reporting into Group Directors and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to oversee a cohort of students at risk of becoming NEET in The Key.

Using your skills and experience from the education/alternative provision sector, you will support a new team to develop and implement curriculum designed to engage young people most at risk of becoming NEET. The intent of this curriculum is to improve young people’s relationship with education and to enable them to gain and success and to achieve meaningful progress. You will contribute to developing and enhancing a high quality, innovative curriculum, which delivers positive outcomes for a wonderfully diverse group of students studying towards a variety of qualifications in this area.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual who shares the desire to drive and achieve success for those most at risk of becoming NEET alongside a team of skilled and motivated teaching and support staff.
