Join the Liquid Team – Part-Time Bar Manager & Events Coordinator

Liquid Mobile Bar is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and driven Bar Manager & Events Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role where no two weeks are the same. From preparing for luxury weddings and corporate events to serving cocktails, creating social media content and helping grow the business behind the scenes, you'll play a key role in the future of Liquid.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and running bar services at weddings, corporate events, festivals and private parties.
- Preparing stock, equipment and vehicles before events.
- Helping pack down and organise everything after events.
- Supporting with admin and behind-the-scenes business tasks.
- Creating engaging social media content and contributing creative ideas for marketing.
- Helping improve systems and processes as the business continues to grow.
- Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the Liquid brand.
We're looking for someone who is:
- A confident and experienced hospitality professional (bar experience preferred).
- Friendly, proactive and able to work independently.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Creative and happy to get involved with social media content.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A full UK driving licence holder with their own transport.
- Someone who genuinely wants to grow alongside a small business.
The opportunity
This is a part-time position, but we're deliberately keeping it flexible. Rather than fitting into a rigid rota, we'll work together to create a schedule that suits both you and the business.
As Liquid continues to grow, there will be opportunities to become involved with other exciting ventures we're launching. For the right person, this role has genuine potential to develop into a full-time career with increasing responsibility.
