We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Used Car Sales Executive, whether experienced or trainee, to join our reputable automotive dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our range of used vehicles, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and establish rapport to understand their vehicle requirements
Demonstrate utilised vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits to maximise interest
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction
Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, or accessories to enhance sales value
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
Follow up with prospective clients via phone or email to nurture leads and secure appointments
Keep abreast of current stock levels, vehicle specifications, and promotional offers
Organise test drives efficiently while adhering to company policies and safety protocols
Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards during the sales process

Skills

Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential for trainees; training will be provided
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
Strong phone etiquette and organisational skills to manage multiple leads efficiently
Proficiency in CRM software to track customer interactions and sales pipelines
