HR Business Partner

Milton Keynes | Food Manufacturing | CIPD Level 5+

Partner with leaders. Influence change. Make a real impact.

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our Milton Keynes bakery, alongside partnering with Finance, IT and Sales functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery. You'll work closely with leaders to drive people initiatives, support organisational change, build management capability and help shape a positive, high-performing culture.

Skills & Requirements

What you'll be doing

Providing strategic and operational HR support to Leaders
Coaching, challenging and influencing leaders to drive best practice
Supporting workforce planning, succession planning and talent pipelines
Leading on employee relations matters and policy implementation
Identifying people trends, risks and opportunities to support business objectives
Driving engagement and communication initiatives across the site
Building strong relationships across operational and functional teams
Supporting recruitment activity and workforce growth plans
Championing company culture, values and leadership behaviours

What we're looking for

CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent HR degree) or relevant experience
Strong HR generalist background
Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Excellent employment law knowledge
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
Confidence managing complex employee relations matters
An authentic, people-focused approach with the ability to challenge constructively.
