The Clock House Nursery School in Lymington is part of Simkap Childcare, a family-run nursery group with over 40 years of experience in early years education.

Working together to develop curious, creative and confident minds, we create exceptional learning environments where children, families and staff feel valued, supported and inspired.

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team. Flexible working options are available, including full-time, part-time and 4-day working week arrangements.

About the role

You will help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.

You will:

Deliver engaging play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS
Support children's learning and development
Build positive relationships with children and families
Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care
Help maintain a safe and inspiring learning environment

About you

Full and relevant Early Years qualification
Experience working within an Early Years setting
Good knowledge of the EYFS
Positive and enthusiastic approach
Passion for helping children achieve their potential
