Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Lettings Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to facilitate smooth sales and lettings operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, maintaining client records, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong IT and organisational skills who are eager to develop their career within the property sector.

Duties

Manage and update CRM software to ensure accurate client and property records
Prepare and process sales and lettings documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Assist with the organisation of viewings, appointments, and property listings
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via email and phone
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and report generation
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes
Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems
Schedule meetings and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook
Prepare presentations and reports as required for management meetings

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role within the property sector is preferred
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience using CRM software is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions
IT competency including familiarity with general computer systems and software applications
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office setting

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
